Have to loose the weight for a wedding
Im new to calorie count, so far I love it! I have to loose some weight by March 14th, Im in a wedding and bought my dress to small...so I have no choice lol =) I have been struggling to loose this weight for 2 years after my second child was born, and Im so tired of yo yo dieting. So Im doing it the healthy and steady way. Im 168 and my goal by summer is to be 135. Wish me luck

I'm also losing for a wedding... also in March (the 26th) I started at 160... on my son's first birthday in November, I'm aiming for 140 for the wedding.
I used calorie count to lose for my own wedding 2 years ago- it really works if you keep at it! (I gained because of pregnancy, not 'cause I quit eating well.)
What are you doing for exercise with two little ones? I have a jogging stoller, but now the weather's not as nice.

I have a membership to Golds Gym. They will watch the kids for up to 2 hours a day. =) thats my break time lol!! My sister in law gave me 30 personal training sessions that Im going to start with after Christmas... Im SO excited! Keep in touch let me know how your doing with it, or any tips!!!

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
