I keep loosing...how active am I, really??

I hate these topics just like everyone else, but I am having some trouble maintaining. I have maintained a healthy weight for the past 10 months or so, but I recently started running more and I can't seem to stay stable. I set my activity level at sedentary and I just log my runs, but that still isn't working. I was thinking maybe I should adjust my activity level, but I am not sure what I would be. I run about 35 miles a week, but other than that I don't do a whole lot. I stay at home with my kids, but they are at an age I don't have to chase them around anymore. I was thinking light activity and still log my runs??? Any thoughts would be appreciated!

If you're running an average of 5 miles a day then your 'moderately' to 'very active'.  However, if you're still losing weight you should probably increase your calories anyway.   200 - 300 extra per day as a starting point, leave it a week to judge.  If you still lose weight after a week, add another 200-300 per day.
