Loosing...but...
Hey fellow cc pple. I been loosing weight yay me,lol. But i been noticing that its only like in my leg area and barly where i want to loose it which is in my stomache and side areas , maybe its bc im walking alot like i walk as a work out ( i thank my new pedometer for that) but how can i target my stomache.
maybe crunches.
yea but i still have more weight and fat to loose arent you supposed to loose the weight u desire 1st then like tone it out ? iuno im lost now, llol
Unfortunately, you can't control where you lose weight. Your body decides that for you. I've lost almost 25 pounds, and I swear it's mostly come from my face, wrists, and ankles.
Even if your exercise mostly focuses on working a specific part of your body, you'll still lose all over. Just keep working at it, getting good exercise and eating well, and you'll lose the weight in your stomach and sides.
Darn that stinks. I just really want to loose the fat in my stomache. You would think there is a way. Makes no sense. :( I look like an upside down triangle,lol.
Well, so far, I've only lost weight in my chest, which is definitely the LAST place where I wanted to lose it! So I feel your frustration. But, as someone mentioned, you can't really target the weight loss, unfortunately; otherwise, I'd be doing squats all day!

Congrats on losing weight- yay you! haha. First off, I just wanted to let you know that like you, my main area of concern is my stomach. No matter how much weight I've gained or lost in my life, my stomach has always always been my main problem area - spare tire syndrome all the way! But since I've started exercising and using CC, I've lost 12 lbs, and guess what it's most evident in my stomach! My boyfriend and others have commented on how flat my stomach is looking these days, and I can tell too because I don't have "muffin top" hanging over my jeans anymore. I can say with 100% confidence that it is because of the exercise tapes I've been doing - HIP HOP ABS!!! I swear by these tapes! Trust me, if you start doing Hip Hop Abs, you'll see results in just a few weeks - I lost 6 lbs in the first 2 weeks of CC + Hip Hop Abs, and it all came off of my stomach.
I sound like I'm trying to sell you something haha, but honestly I just had to respond when I read your post, because I know EXACTLY how you're feeling. For the longest time, I'd always gain weight in my stomach FIRST and then lose that weight LAST when I worked out. But now that's the total opposite. If you can, I'd highly recommend getting hip hop abs and adding that to your work out routine on top of a balanced diet with CC. And the best part it, Hip Hop Abs is so much fun! There are several different routines you can do - from 5 mins a day to 40 mins a day - so you can make it fit into your schedule no matter how busy you are! I really hope you try it out, because I just know it will help you target your stomach area!
