I don't think it gets any looser?
ok my spelling isnt very good, but seriously, could i lose muscle in that time??
I believe that without any maintenance muscle begins deteriorating after about only 2-3 days. You probably wouldn't notice a difference if you didn't go to the gym for a week but two weeks is pushing it. If you can't get there try just doing resistance training with household items like soup cans or lifting whatever is around or doing lunges on your stairs?
It takes 10-14 days for muscle protein loss to even start, and it's a very long, slow and gradual process even then so probably only a few grams.
Neural detuning and loss of neural efficiency is probably a much more significant effect but then, neural retraining is astonishingly fast so you're likely to regain any strength 'lost' pretty fast.
