Moderators: duke3522, devilish_patsy, topanga1485, nycgirl, spoiled_candy, cmillington, coach_k Hey im new here... i really want to lose weight from my waist,hips and thighs as im a classic pear shape.. what is the best way to go about this?ive suffered from an eating disorder in the past and this time want to be healthy in losing a few inches..
my current stats are:
5'7 at 112lbs
23-23.5 " waist
34" hips
i do around an hours excercise daily.

I find that walking (light jogging) helps me tremendously in them areas, I started walking 2 -3 miles 5x's a week faithfully in September and I have already lost 2 inches in my hips 1 1/2 inches in my thighs and 2 inches from my waist.
