It doesn't seem like you're eating nearly enough, plus you're burning more calories by exercising so you most certainly don't get enough to eat. Do you think you could possibly have gone into starvation mode, because you haven't eaten enough? Which would result in you not losing weight.
it seems like i eat enough i really do at least i think ? i dont no the past couple of days i have been up my cals over the weekend and stuff i just dont no ive been at 130 for like 2 months now
Try eating a different amount of calories for a couple days (i.e. for 1 day eat 1400, for another day eat 1300, for another eat 1500, and so on and so forth).
Research a company called Isagenix at www.mhoward.isagenix.com I lost 40 lbs the tried and true way last year over 7 months then I plateaued. I went on the Isagenix product line in January and lost an additional 16 lbs in 30 days. Since then I have lost 7 lbs more and still losing. Do yourself a favor and check the program out.
i don't think you need isagenix. i think you need to eat more. your dinner alone can't be more than 200 at a stretch. how many calories are you eating a day? if it's not enough you will stall, and that's pretty much a given. work out how many you need and then... eat them.
Actually everybody needs Isagenix. People are just not aware yet of how toxins trapped in the body are preventing them from releasing the hard to get rid of weight. Once people do the research and understand what full body cleansing is and how it promotes total health and wellness then we will see a shift in the obesity rate of this country. People don't need to eat more, they need to get more nutrition. The grocery shelves are full of bankrupt foods null and void of usable nutrition. Do the research that's all I ask.
I agree that it's not just a matter of how many calories we take in, it's the nutrition that is in those calories.
lindz, I suggest you go to nutritiondata.com and do a thorough analysis of an average day's food, just see where you score nutritionally.
also, it would help to know your height, weight, age, and gender. we are not trying to be invasive, but we need to have certain information before we can give you good advice.

you do not eat enough. Only one of those is a 'meal' and thats your lunch. Measure exactly how much you are eating so you know for sure the calories you're getting, then up your intake! I added about 400-500 calories to my daily diet and i'm back to losing weight again. I suggest you do at least the same; at a rough glance your diet looks to be AT MOST 900-1000 calories.
well, thanks for that, both of you. yes people need more nutrition... and you know what, you can get more nutrition from eating 1600 (etc) than you can from eating a smaller amount. and that's ALL i was saying.
nobody needs isagenix. i get enough nutrients per day without any supplements. i'm not really concerned how much money you get every time someone buys from that link. i'm concerned that lindz is not eating enough on a regular basis to be healthy.
