you need to check with a bf scale or a trainer, idealy you would have a measurement before and after, but yes it means you probly lost some fat.
The problem when you dont measure is your not sure how much is fat and how much is lean. Do yourself a favor and go buy a bf scale at gnc (its like 45 bucks). Its not the most accurate but is correct in the general direction of loss and gain.

if you lost weight that fast you can almost guarantee that a majority of that was muscle
nono bodyscience ive been taking that methyl ripped.. and i only lost 4 lbs.. i doubt it was muscle i look a bit more defined now...and i take whey protein after every weight session ... im stronger also..
i was jst figuring that since i havent gone down in weight so much that i burned lots of fat maybe perserved or gained a bit of lean mass to balance out cz i lost 3-4 inches off waist size

and why are you so sure? 4 lbs/3weeks is more than normal, and no way you lose 4lb of muscle and free 4 inches.

Oh you didn't say you has help! I told you that stuff is good! The methyl ripped will definitely help sustain your muscle mass. Congrats on the loss.
Anthony normally if you lose more than a pound per week with out any supplementation you will sacrifice some muscle.

ay bodyscience I got a free bottle of BCAA CAPS wth my whey protein.. should they be taken everyday or just on lifting days??
Everyday, you should take them with an empty stomach for better absorption. i use them a lot when i can't get to any food for more then 4 or 5 hours, I always want to make sure my protein intake is as high as possible.
Can i take them the same times as Meth Ripped?
what I'd really like to know is how the hell you lost 4 inches in 3 weeks. What is your training schedule? I want to know it all!! LOL. I am serious though. I've been working my butt off for 4 weeks and I've lost maybe half an inch..or do you mean inches in total? Regardless, please let me know what your doing and congrats!!
It depends on your stomach, i wouldn't mix them. If you are taking them before your workout take the methyl ripped first then about a 1/2 b\hour before weights take the amino's
K well I eat 6 times a day... all healthy meals (tuna, chicken breast, bla bla ) thats to keep my metabolism high.. then i workout out 6 times a week 3 days weight lift 3 days cardio i take protein after mostly all workouts and i guess thats how i lost most of my inches.. and for the cardio its hiit on either treadmill or elliptical for 20 min
I don't think you lost too much muscle, since you only lost 4 pounds in a 3 week period. It's the four inches that convince me that you didn't loose muscle.
