I think weekends are the hardest why I have no idea but actually I think they are getting easier now.  Today I walked for an hour then went to Jazzercise for aerobics for another hour this morning so I am done for the day :) thats all I need.

It's weigh in day!! I am happy to say I am down 5 lbs this week. This is really a combination of two weeks because last week I was constipated and was actually up .8. So today I am happy! I have averaged 1400 calories per day for the last two weeks, but only exercised four times. I need to get out and move some more. I have 21 pounds left to my goal.

Looks like you all are doing great, keep it up for next week!

A steady boring week for me, which is just fine!  CW 200.0, down 1.5 from last week.  I got in my exercise, counted my calories, and ate my veggies.

 

Well, Friday's weigh in was not as exciting as I had thought it may be.  I am still at the same point that I started at.  It's a little discouraging.  Mind you one week I had had a ton of salt, and last week was ttom, so it's bound to get going soon.  I'm doing my exercise and counting calories, it's bound to catch up soon!!  At least that's what I keep telling myself!

Well today is weigh in day for this group so I'm reporting in to let ya'll know I am down 1 pound... Hopefully I can be down more next week. So 22 pounds to go.....

Is it too late to join your group.  I do have 30+ to lose and I see you have all been hitting it hard for about a month or so.  Ht 5'8" CW 176. I would like to get down to 135 but I would settle for 140 for sure. 

I just got back on the wagon.  I have been a memeber of this site for years and I have fallen into the lose a few and slack routine myself.  It is nice to know i am not alone.

I try to eat 1300 cals per day and drink a ton of water.  I work out regularly but I think I will need to ramp that up if I am going to lose the wt I need to.

What is weigh in day?  Or divulge day since I track my weight everyday.

I have a question if anyone can answer it:

 

I heard that your deficit should be between 500-1000 but if its over that what happens then? I just want to make sure I'm doing it right for example right now my deficit for today is 1415 so does that mean I should eat 415 more calories?

I am not so sure about your question.  How do you even calc your deficit? 

I calculate by substracting calorie intake with the calories burned that day.

4 pounds. I did good today and not too bad yesterday but there have been a few days that I just blew it.

sorry, all, for not posting...ive been on vacation which of course totally RUINED whatever small progress i had made...but now i am back and ready to start back up again!  i mean it.  Smile  i see my boyfriend again in about a month and some days, and his parents too, so i'd like to do some hard work til then.  his brother's girlfriend is super skinny, probably unhealthy skinny, which i don't want to be, but i dont want to be the fat girlfriend, either...so i mean i have motivation!  i'll be updating on wednesdays with you all!  Smile

If I had a calorie deficit of 9070 calories last week, Why haven't the scale say I'm lighter?  Whats up with this mess?  I guess I'll check it again Wed.....

Another wednesday, another check-in!

I seem to have found a routine that doesn't take too much  mental energy to maintain any more (except for resisting being lazy sometimes and saying no to the occasional potential hot fudge sundaes!).  Down 2.0 pounds this week to 198.0.  15 to go out of 30.

I hope you are all doing well.

sexycoolaries, 9000 calorie deficit for one week is huge!  No way you could have not lost weight with that!

Down 8lbs in 23 days.  Would really like to lose another 2 before the month is done.  Fingers crossed.

Alright i'm on the wagon again...I joined calorie count in February & lost about 9 lbs before I got lazy, of which I gained back 3 or 4

But now i have a brand new gym membership & am going regularly so I'm ready to go again. The first round I was only dieting & rarely exercising so I got discouraged & got lazy in turn.

My best friend is getting married in 8 months & I don't want to be the 'fat' bridesmaid...I want to stand up there happy for my friend & proud to show off my progress.

So today will be my initial weigh in today is 196.8 (I'm 5'11'') glad to have a group!
