10-20-30 pounds to lose...

I really want to lose about 20 pounds but my first goal is to lose 5 then another 5 then 3 and then 5 and then 2, and finally get to my goal. I also want to be toning up on the way. So I am not trying to put a limit on my weight loss. I want to lose weight in small increments so it will stay off. We would weigh ourselves on Sundays. And this program begins tomorrow. So anyone interested in losing weight healthily, and having support from people, please join!!!!

oh i am going to eat 1700 cals and exercise alot.

my exercise will be: Monday Ride bike for 25 min, do toning video, and jump rope for 10 min

tuesday: dance class for an hour

wednesday: gym for 2 hours, and 45 min of cardio and weight train

thursday: tumbling practice

friday : same as monday

Saturday: gym

Sunday: day off.

Goal: 150 ish

Right now I'm eating between 1500 - 1700 calories a day, sometimes more sometimes less.

I run every other day for about an hour, and I walk everyday for at least 30 mins - 2 hours, and Depending on if I have time or not, I'll usually do a little weight training.
