How do you lose inches in your arms?
I am dropping weight in my thighs, hips, and waist... but for some reason my arms are just not going anywhere.
I don't want to bulk up and be all muscles, I just want to know how to slim them down and make them longer and leaner.
Any suggestions would be GREAT!!!!!
They'll start to shrink on their own eventually. Just give it time.
I am in the same boat. i have no problem losing in my body, but my arms, it has gotten to the point that even though i have lost 15 lbs and can fit in nice clothes again, i find myself only buying 3/4 sleeves. i wanna wear a tank top again! i heard that reverse curls work with weight. but with kids ( i saw in a different forum you have twins) its not easy to find time to exercise. but i started doing while i was making dinner, LOL> i curl a family size can of veggies or spag sauce. LOL. it works though. and exercizes that you life over your head work real good too.
yeah, i had the same problem. like what was said, just give it time and do some strength training for your arms to help speed it up. girls arms dont bulk up like guys so dont worry about that, the strength training will mostly just help tighten your arms.
You said it, Moonbay, upper body strength training will definitely help. You'll burn more calories, too. And women don't bulk up like men because it's physically impossible - we don't have the testosterone for it.
