Lose 10 Pounds by June 1st, I need buddies!
I have a big trip to Europe coming up in June, and I really want to lose the 10 pounds I've put on over the years. I'm 5'6" and 131 right now, and my clothes don't fit well anymore.
I've never had any success with sticking to it, so I would like to have a Monday morning weigh in with others to help with accountability. My plan is to eat 1500 calories, and to exercise almost every day in some form or another. I think I'm going to sign up for kickboxing classes.
If anyone has similar goals, I'd love to support eachother!
This seems like a reasonable goal, but it will require a ton of diligence and commitment to achieve it.

My goal is a bit higher then yours but, my plan is similar. I work out 6 days a week and am on a 1650 cal diet. I am 5"11 and weigh 202. I have lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks. My goal is to be at 180 by end of may and 170 by end of July. I have a great excersise plan and awesome recipes that I dont mind sharing. :)
Hey...awesome recipes are always welcome! Do you have any good ideas for dinner? I am sick of salads.
10 pounds for summer sounds like a good goal to me! I'd love to feel ok in a bikini again :)

Hey! I'm 19 years old (20 in about a month!), 5'6", currently 149, and want to get down to 140, possibly 135. I'd love to be 135 by June 1st!

I'm 19 (20 next week), 5'2, was 210 last time I weighed (2 weeks ago). I'll weigh tomorrow, then I'm all in to lose 10 lb by June. I'd prefer more like 20lb, but we'll see how we go.
In it to win it. I'm 5'2 and 128 pounds. I want to be 105-118, but I'll just be happy if I make it to 125.
I am in! I want to loose a bit more but 10 pounds is a managable goal.

Im the same as moon doggie! I am aiming for 110 by the summer tho 105 perhaps even 100 would be AWESOME. Just started 30 day shred thingy! On day 2!! Hoping to thin out the thighs and butt, and have joined this group cos i am looking for motivational people-the other group i joined just kinda died out and i was the only one still posting!! :(

I should be eating 1300 calories a day according to the calorie counter thingy, and plan to do that 30DS every day - along with some cycling, weights, other work out DVDs and my dance mat for other varied activities thrown in occasionally for fun lol!
I'd love to join you all! I'm 5'1 and CW: 134. I'd love to get down to 120 by June first, which is a pound a week weight loss. I am doing a 1200 calorie and I do bikram yoga 5-6 times a week which def is helping with toning and starting the weight loss! Lets get this this rolling!

Ah, I hate being the only poster to keep updating so I know how that feels. I'm very motivated although things been going soooo slowww. I aim for 1,300 calories too but I go overboard a lil on weekends.

today: 138.1 ughh and yesterday i was 137.2 how weird is that? whatever I will use this to stay motivated, avoid salt and eat clean.

i would absolutely love to lose 10 lbs by june. that is pretty much on target for my weight loss goal before summer. im 5'6'' and cw: 136. i am aiming to be 125ish by my wedding in september. so it would be awesome to get to that weight early and be able to enjoy bikini weather!
I would like to loose 15lbs by June!! I am soo with you. I'd like to be 110lbs by June, that's the goal.
My goals this week
- Workout every day for an hour.
- Focus on a plant based diet.
- Eat when hungry, stop when full.
- Hopefully be 122lbs by the end of the week.

Sorry Monday was a holiday in Ontario, Family Day. So I was not online at all. Hope everyone had a great weekend. I found it difficult on Sunday, most of my friends are no calorie concious, realy there is only 2 of us that watch what we eat and work out. A bunch of us went to see So You Think You Can Dance Canada and one of the other girls messed up our dinner reservations, so every restaurant was packed and we had to eat at a take out place. I worked out realy hard on Sunday so by dinner I was really craving veggies and protein and ended up with a gross wrap. But the rest of the weekend was good my weight is the same as it was end of last week, but I tend to weigh in daily.
If anyone wants some great recipes let me know, send me a message, cuz I dont always check the blog allday. :)
This 3 day weekend killed my diet plans.
I overate waaay too much, so I don't think the scale will be very pretty on Monday. Hopefully I can shape up, it's only Tuesday so I do have time to get rid of that water retention if I'm good. Wish me luck!
