I have been stucka t my current weight of 125lbs for the last 9 months. I cant lose anymore Help!

You may want to try to adjust when you eat the majority of your carbs. I will give you a phrase to remember, "Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince and Dine like a Pauper". Try to reduce your carbs throughout the day. Generally, you need the most energy in the morning, by the time your home you expend less energy, so curtail the complex carbs and eat more carbs from vegetables like broccoli.
