ARG!

My weigh in today is 128

I was 126.8 the other day, it's so weird. 

I keep fluctuating between those two numbers.

I am eating 1600 cals a day now, cause I work out for an hour 5x a week doing cardio/weights (Turbo Jam videos) maybe then I will see a break from this plateau.

Anyone have any advice?

(i won't be able to get on tomorrow)

i ate terribly yesterday (panera bread, starbucks, aaaaaand taco bell... jeesh...) and it's ttom, and i'm still down .2? i'm happy. haha.

140's!  OMG!!!  i can't wait to see the 140's!!!  i should be there soon  :D

lisseth, i don't really know what to say.  upping the calories is definately the right thing to do  :D  are you also drinking lots of water and eating lots of fruits & veges?

i know that changing your routine works great too,  or changing the foods you are eating.

don't worry, letsgetitstarted  :D  just keep at it!  don't get discouraged.  that weight will come off.

anyways, i did it!!!  i did it!!!  i finally got under 150  :D  i was 148 today, and that's a total loss of 70 pounds now, AND that's the weight that CC gave me as my goal when i started!  i changed it to 130 though  LOL

hubby finally lost his 60th pound too  :D

That's awesome, snowfence!  Bring on the pictures!  I'm thrilled for you. Cool

i know!  i told one of my daughters & hubby that i need a new picture!  :D  i hate pictures though.  LOL  i have always ran away from cameras!

i'm working on it...  i feel soooooooo really great!!!  i'm returning my last 2 size 9 jeans for size 7!!!!!  this is soooooooo awesome!!!!!!!  :D

by the way, if I can do this, ANYONE CAN!!!  i AM a junkfood addict!!!  still...  not proud of that, but i am...

Hello Everyone!  Really wish we would hear from xqueenxofheartsx....

I had a really bad two weeks, and for some reason have been able to maintain my weight.  This is a good news story, may pay for it next week, but in turn, I will try and get back on program, in particular, back to my treadmill.  It is amazing how much energy it really gave me.

Hey everyone!

Sorry I fell of the face of the earth for a while.  Had m knee surgery on the 7th of February, and I am just starting to feel normal again!  I actually get to start really exercising again (yay!) so I am officially back on track.

Today's weigh-in 173.2.  I am pretty happy.  I still mananged to lose a little despite the surgery and I can still make my 30 lb goal by the summer. I'm down from 188 in January. LaughingTime to hit the gym!

i'm happy with that.  since we had the house fire, i was certain i'd go straight back up the scale roller coaster.  food has always served as a comfort for me.  i work on that daily...
