sw : 123.2 lbs 25.5% body fat
gw: 112 lbs or less (to be able to run for longer distances) 18-19% body fat

So I'm here to report my weigh in.
starting weight: 214
Today's weight is (drum roll Please) 211.2
This is really good !! I have been cutting my sodium and I just started my menstrual cycle and haven't gained 5 or 6 pounds. Yay for me!!!!
And just to let you know I weighed myself on Wednesday and I was 210.2 so I figured that one pound is water.

Gone on vacation - Figured I had gained but actually I'm now down 2lbs. I'll take it. I fluctuate so much from day to day that I'm worried it's not the real deal. I hope to walk 10K this weekend and then the 5K at the race for the cure.... Let's melt these pounds off. So glad we are still having nice weather before the rain sets in here in the Pacific Northwest.
Keep up the great work everyone. Cut out a picture of a body you would like to have and then everytime you crave that sweet just look at the picture and decide what you would like more....
I also did Covert Bailey Fit or Fat and lost over 60lbs when I was in my 20s. Kept it off too until babies came along.
Still at 225 this week, but I was bad, so I'm happy I maintained. I'm going to kick it into gear and start exercising more. Halloween is getting closer and I want to beat this challenge!
