I am planning to go to the Gym every day, and to find little ways to increase my level of activity during the day. I pledge to spend at least 30 mins of my lunch walking like I am late for something, oh wait now that I think about it  I am kind of late for the challange, so I am kicking in high gear.

well I just had my 2nd daughter July 1st...When I delivered I weighed 204....so guess I will put that as my starting weight....

any suggestions on how u guys are doing it?  I go to the gym daily and eat about 900-1000 calories a day?  Isn't that enough?

WOO ---  welcome, first, to all you new ladies.

Second, momof213, simply put NOOOOOOO!!!  100) cals is not enough ---- not even close.  Your body thinks it's starving, girl. 

UM.   Put your stats in the burn meter tools at the top and do some math.  You can have a 500-1000 cal deficit, but you have to give your body fuel if you want it to lose ---- especially on workout days..... 

Holler back if that's not helpful, but a normal size lady who is in a coma and moves NOTHING all day burns 1200 cals, just being alive, so you need lots more than that!!!!!

that might be the problem actually..... try spreading your cals out through the day.    I'd die if I only ate twice......

I just bought my Halloween costume so that's even more motivation (edit) just bought my second Halloween costume lol...what can I say its my favorite holiday and this is the first year ill be in decent shape since I was 17

Last two weeks were unusual, I went from 174 to 178, i was tempted to freak out, however I realize it was PMS. Now I am down to 175, still working to actually loose and break away from the 70s.

I am still motivated. I am sooo hoping for a smaller size pair of pants!!

Just weighing in today because i saw a new low number for the second day in a row ----  158.4.      : D    YAY!!!

I'm just maintaining...at least not gaining.  I really need to find a way to eat healthier.  I am on the go so much it is really hard.  It has been a quicky meal lately and you all know how healthy those are.

my cc buddy tigzy has one.  she loves it.   I think for some people, the newness of the wii fit wears off and they stop using it, but that;sthe only problem I've heard related to using it.    Tigz thinks it's super fun and a challenge to unlock the next activity, etc.  I have done bowling and boxing and thought it was cool.
