Lose 10 lbs by July 4 Challenge

Welcome to the challenge: 5 weeks from today will be July 4 -- America's Independence Day.  But whether you're American or not, we all want to be independent of unwanted weight.  2 pounds is an acceptable loss per week, so ideally we could all lose 10 pounds by then.  Weigh-ins will commence each Wednesday.  Let's go!

Current weight: 190

Plan of attack: I will try to keep my daily caloric intake around 1500, I will walk to and from work whenever possible, and I will NOT succomb to the treats at work.

(Starting a little early but my internet connection has been tempermental recently.)

I will lose 10 pounds by July 4th as well. 

My Current weight is 200 pounds.

I will continue eating my 1700 calories a day and exercising 3 days a week.

I will keep my calories in line and work out as I have been, increasing one item a week (.1 on a treadmill, or 1 level on something else, or 10 pounds more on the nautilus, etc.)

Plan o' Attack :: Get my butt back to the gym 5ish times a week and stop skipping meals.
I'm in.  I weigh 196.2.  I will eat between 1000 and 1200 calories and start walking more.
My goal is to drink water at least 10 a day, and walk or exercise and stay close to 1500 cal on average per day.  I am at 224 and want to be at 214 for the challenge.  Thanks for starting this.
Count me in. I am Currently at 221. I am trying to eat 1500 to 1700 calories a day, and working out everyday.

Plan: to stick to 1200 cals per day and exercise, oh and to keep away from the sweets (they are my weakness!)

Plan: To intake between 1200 and 1450 calories per day. I will exercise 5 to 6 times a week. Drink at least 6 cups of water a day. Cut my coffee intake to 3 to 4 times a week.

Keep to the 12-1300 calorie range, eating back what i work out. I've platued a bit eating arounf 1400-1500 and eating back what i burn.  also going to try to walk during my lunch hour since its summer time baby! Lets go team!

I will eat 1300 - 1500 calories per day and will work for at least 1 hr 4 days a week.  Sticking w/the calories on the weekends are the toughest time for me but I WILL do it!  Summer here we come!

Plan of Attack: Stick to 1200-1400 Calories a day, Workout out atleast 4-5 times a week(I've been lazy on several occasions) and hold back temptations of desert which my entire family has right in front of me.
