Zochia- Filet Mignon is a good choice just watch your portion size and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! (on Saturday).
This is my long work weekend. I will post on Friday BUT not looking forward to it -TTOM this week and then binged last night after MN--had 12 almonds, 1/2 oz of cashews and 1/2 oz sunflower seeds (Planters Roasted) and some Cabernet Sauvignon. MAJOR OOPS...thought about it the whole time but was down and felt like I just had to eat even though I wasn't hungry.......and right before weigh in :(
Thanks!!! I will definatly will be watching the portions, I will probably cut each portion down a little to make up for the pie. Are not almonds healthy for you zenasavvy? Well i guess eating them with cashews and sunflowerseeds isnt to good though. I do the same thing while eating what I know i shouldn't, I think of how dumb I am for even doing it but I just keep doing it!!!! Then afterward I feel like a whale. It only happens when I am left home alone, I get so lonely. But at the same time I don't mind being alone. Its a no win situation!!! Does anyone know of any exercizes to lift the bust line? I can never find anything about it.

Puppkisses - Thanks for the tip on yoga. Those workouts sound great. I too love yoga but can't always find time to go to my 90 minute class. I'll definitely check those out!!!

Thanks for the idea, i just wish it wasn't push-ups, my all time hated exercize!!! lolol Oh well. I guess if I don't want to be hanging down to my knees by the time I am 50 I have to try it. lol I will weight myself tomorrow but I won't be able to put that weight in until Saturday. I'll be gone all day so I won't have a chance to get on the computer at all.
I need to get into stretching but for me it is a pain and when I bend down and "lay" on my leg I start to panick and can't breathe, really weird. But I just have to focus on something and it helps to a certain degreee. But anyways. What are somethings you guys do to keep motivated about keeping up with the stretching?

I just made up several individual snack bags........carrots, pears, apples, oranges.................and a huge green salad with lots of chopped up tomatoes. Everytime I open the fridge today, that's what will be staring me in the face. :)
I am loving my Lean Cuisines! They are so delicious and satisfying.

Everyone has such great tips! I really want to start doing yoga a couple of days a week...On Saturday I will go to Target and see what I can find...
Today has been busy! I cleaned my sister's house, did 45 min cardio, and 30 min lifting weights...
Sounds like we have a lot of Aries in this group...LOL My bday is on Saturday and I plan on having a free day of no counting calories...I'm glad we weigh in on friday cause I'm afraid of what the scale will say on Monday...

zochia -- do you just do boring old pushups? Edited to add -- the image of the hanging bosoms reminded me of something Joy Behar said that I stole "I do not want to bend down when I am 50 and step on my own nipple." AMEN (lol)
zochia ~ i have heard the most important thing is to always wear a very supportive sports bra when you workout (or are bouncing around)
although i'm sure push-ups will not hurt the perkiness a bit :)
kim ~ wow you're almost halfway there! enjoy chicago - i have a lot of family there, i love it!
zena ~ that doesn't really sound like a binge, a few nuts and some wine shouldn't hurt you. Don't stress out over it :)

That is so funny!!!!!!! I cracked up when I read that!!!! I do pilates push-up which has three steps to it. So I wouldn't call them boring. The boring part isn't a problem. I have never had strong arms so they hurt so bad. And it never gets any easier. SO that is why I hate them. But I do them anyways. :( I wear a very supportiver sports bra, these babies don't move!!! lol So I guess I am on the right track. Thanks again!!
So far I have done, again, only 30 minutes of pilates today. still sickesh. But later on when I don't have to watch my nephew I am taking another walk!!!! And also today I am feeling really good about my eating. Two days in a row. This is a record!!! Everyone keep up the good work.

Had delicious green grapes for a snack. For dinner I am having just one brat, I know they are fattening but before this diet I would of eaten 2 or 3 of them with a ton of chips and plus some ice cream later on. Now I am having just one and a salad. You guys don't think that would be bad do you? I hope not. I have changed my diet some with different things I eat. Like I don't ever drink any soda any more, and I don't eat chips unless they are baked. I really have just cut down on my portions because I was eating more than my dad!!!!! Who also eats way to much. So just use your imagination. lol And it has worked. 15 down and 15 to go!!!!

Been pretty good today with the exception of 2 small donut holes. I can't wait for this period to be OVER! Don't know how weigh-in will be tomorrow, but again I am not going to get discouraged! I have worked out every night this week, so that is a plus. Also, I got my yoga in during the day at work so that Stephie wasn't showing me up!!
Def felt energised after that!
Now all I have to do is make it through the rest of the day with no bingeing. I will clock in at 1680 calories (no bingeing) today with a burn meter of 3240 after I go to the gym tonight. That's pretty good isn't it?

Happy Birthday end of March and April babies. My husand (Tuesday) and my son (yesterday) are also Aries.
Well I herded cats all day today... babysittying da boys. I took them to the zoo. It must of taken us an hour just to get out the door and buckled into the car seats. Then getting them out and into the zoo. I work there so my friends were hysterically laughing at me....thanks for the help....friends of mine. The 4 year old did not add to my confidence by telling me I was going to lose one of the twins...he cracked me up all day. Three more days to go. And no I did not lose anybody today not even my mind.
I probably will not workout for these days because at this time I cannot move. So to the recliner I go with a small glass of wine and a small dinner and a movie. I have the house all to myself...sigh!
Oh, I did do a few yoga poses today during nap time. Tomorrow I will make the 4 year old do them with me rather then listen to him make his comments. He is as bad as my teenage girls!!!

Wow I feel so behind. You lot do so much posting while I am asleep (in UK) its hard to keep up with.

Went for a jog/run last night faster than usual. Did 3 miles!! Really happy about that one. Also I was going to have some chocolate last night and opted for a low calorie hot chocolate instead at 40calories!!! Went to bed really happy that I had chosen the right option.
Weight this weigh in day - 156Ib. That means I have lost 1Ib this week and am maintaining this weight as I have been at it for 3 days. Great!
weigh-in: 138.2 :( same as last week gosh darnit! I suppose it's better than gaining... and I did start a brand new weight lifting routine this week... so maybe that's why my body isn't letting go of pounds?? who knows... I thought of some more factors in my journal too... blah...
happy birthday aries ladies!! remember... calories don't count on your birthday ;) enjoy!! and yes.. you are exempt from the bad carb/sugar challenge to have your birthday cake :P
it sounds like everyone is doing so well!!! you go girls with that yoga!! A new studio opened up down the street from me and if I EVER have time I want to go.. maybe I'll take my sister up there for her bday.. it's not till June.. lol.. but I'm an obsessive planner... :)
