So far I've lost 3.6 lbs in this challenge! Yay!
Can't wait to see the 160's! I will be adding more exercise in order to meet the 10lbs loss by the deadline.
Anyone else like Dance Dance Revolution? I finally bought it for our Wii after being persuaded by a friend for a few months. It's actually pretty fun and I worked up a sweat.
I know I'm probably late but I'm so in for this challenge, I've been reading everyones post and good job to you guys, Lets hope I can do the same and keep up with this challenge. Me and my sister supposed to work out tomorrow and i am going to work my butt off for 3 hours because I really want to and I really need to. :)

I lost 1 pound so 9lbs+ to go. I really need to stop weighing myself or I will get really discouraged and think I'm getting fatter and not loosing any weight at all So I'll weigh in on Sunday.

I counted calories on this site for 3 months with no loss and some gain. I read Skinny Bitch, went vegan and lost 8 lbs with no extra effort in less than three weeks. My life has been transformed and I love it!!!
Hi everyone. Well after a depressing start to the weekend I did not improve much. I did Jazz on Fri and weighed in...gained 1.3 pounds. My weigh in was 210.9
I did not work out Saturday or today. And I was not very good at watching my food. The only excuse I had was that I helped my husband detail and wax a 60 foot houseboat this weekend. I feel like my arms got a good workout. Starting tomorrow I'm back on full force. I did really watch what I bought at the grocery store yesterday so I should not have a hard time eating what I have at home. Good luck to everyone this week.

Everyone around me thinks I'm nuts. They laugh when i save nutrition labels and flat out say I'm crazy for running. I don't care what people think but it's nice to have support!

Sorry I haven't written for a while guys I went down with an awful migrain on Wed/Thurs. Totally lost my appetite for a day and just went to bed. Then on Friday I still had it and was starving so ate quite a bit (dont think I went over 1700cals though). Then on Sat I was feeling way better so went out with my friends and ate bad stuff (although not a lot of it) but lots of salty foods and drank about a whole bottle of wine! OOPS. And yesterday I really retained water and craved salty foods again. So after getting to 154 last week this morning I am back at 156 but I am sure its just the salt, water retention and once I start exercising this week it will go (hopefully). I'm going to try and be extra good this week with the help of you all!!

Sorry I have been AWOL. The amazing boyfriend was in town and so I spent my days exercising!!! :-D Unfortunately, he has gone home, but will be going to see him in June! So! Must get my shiznit together.
Am proud to say that even though I totally did not watch my calories this past week due to wonderful, amazing man in town I managed to lose one pound AND 2.75 inches all over!!! KICKASS! This after no movement on the scale or measuring tape from the previous week! Yay me!!!
He even told me that he couldn't believe how good I looked and how slimmer I seemed to be! Yay!
So this week am back on track and will be TRYING to get my calories down to 15-1600. Have been on the 1800 regime, but want to challenge myself. Also, will be getting back into a proper yoga routine too.

So this weekend i wasn't so good. I gave a party friday night and had to go to Chucky Cheese on Sat for another party. My son rules my weekends and yes I secretly love it. I was so busy both days I figured whatever I ate would burn so I over did it on the pizza and felt like a fat pig all weekend. I got out and walked yesterday. I needed to get season 2 of Grey's Anatomy so I wogged all the way 1/2 there 1/2 back, only to discover that the hubby "borrowed" my dvd player's wires for his "new" DVD recorder. Talk about wanting to cry,murder, scream I was so disappointed!! He did give it back to me after he was done taping the game but by then I was too mad to enjoy my show. The bright side is that my weight even after the pizza and fried fish was the same this morning.

Saturday night I ate out, and ordered a plate of steamed shrimp, nothing with it, but a bottle of water. I was anxious to weigh the next morning..........I lost 1 # 6 ounces! Hooray, the weight gain from my little binge was almost gone! That night I ran into a friend I hadn't seen in a year and she was so surprised to see I'd lost weight. She said she almost didn't recognize me.
Next challenge was a pizza party Sunday. I ate one slice of "Lite Garlic Chicken" and one slice "Veggie." I drank water, and for desert had cake, ( 4 x 4 piece) and passed on icecream. I was very anxious to weigh Sunday morning. I just knew I would be up from eating that pizza and cake! What a shocker to see I had lost 12 ounces! I finally broke 100 something , and came in at 99.4 pounds this morning!
I guess I once again fit the coined phrase ( " 99 pound weakling.") Lol. So I lost the weight I gained from my binge last Wednesday, and then some! I have worked so hard to get this weight back off, just 4 pounds to go, and I am so revved up now! Have a great week girls!

OK, I am so annoyed!!!
I ate really healthily yesterday, didn't go over my calorie amount of 1500. Ran 25 minutes of interval training (sprints) and then an extra mile mostly up hill. Did half an hour of pilates, some trampolining and some serious dancing infront of the tv and I have put on a pound today.............. WHAT????? I totally dont understand. Ok I had a really bad weekend eating wise but I was so good yesterday, how could I put on weight!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRR so annoyed!
Does anyone have any suggestions or helps?
