I want to lose 10 lbs before we fly out on May 24th.

I'm up for the challege! I do cardio 6 days a week now, but seem to be in a slump, so adding another day maybe what I need...
Olivia I have Aldi here too...The sad part is that I never go there! I think that needs to change, with the high prices of food and gas...I need to change my habits!
zena-you can get back on track! It is disappointing, I know I have been there and I also know you can do this! Skip on the drinks and start up the exercise again and you will be there before you know it!

Hi All, I haven't posted in a while. I haven't been feeling too well. I reached my weight goal last week and have been able to maintain it since then. I am officially at 120lbs!!! So happy. Thanks for all the encouragement and support! How is everyone doing? - Wanda
help I'm having a body image issue! I weighed myself this morning and it said 162.5 WOOT! The problem is I feel like my body is the same as it was when I started. I know it's not. down 14.5lbs and measurements are down. I can't see it though. 10lbs to my goal weight and I'm not thinking I'll be happy there.
Good part- I have a butt! I've always had a flat pancake @ss. I noticed getting dressed this morning I have shape back there!

Immom- I wonder if it just takes time for one's brain to adjust to the change? You are so used to seeing yourself one way that you can't quite see the new you...? And yea on the booty- what are you doing that gave you one? Running or more- what is your secret :)?

morning ladies
163 today. up .5 from a couple days ago but thats ok still 1 down from last week.
I was 90 degrees yesterday. My run turned into a hot walk. My hreart rate was still up. It averaged 158 walking. Was up to 177 when I had to stop running and find some shade. Not one orchard had it's sprinklers on. I would have ran through.
I haven't rode my bike in a very long time. I can't get out and exercise and other time a day. My babysitter is in school. Would it be easier on my body to bike in the heat intead of run?
Weighing a little ticked, but ok. I started a new medicine and just got off TTOM, so I am at 169. (AGAIN) But I am not bitter (yes, I am)

Sorry I've been MIA I had a 2-3 day stomach virus. The good part is I am down 4lbs to 212 from 216 ! Yeah I know its probably just dehydration/illness but still happy to see it (smile) I have a busy weekend so i won't be able to officially check in until tuesday. I am going to Houston, Texas my older sister had a baby girl. Hope every one has a great weekend.

i wrote this on march 25, weighed 105.40 kilos = 232 pound
may 14 is 97.7 kilos = 215 pounds
ie loss is 17 pounds so far. start of may was not excellent as i have slipped for a few days and gained back a few pounds, up to 99 kilos, but am back on track now. if i manage to love 20 pounds by may 24 (ie weigh 212 pounds = 96 kilos on may 24), i will be very very happy, and it seems totally possible!

I remember that particular goal myself. I had an event and set my goal at 212 in 1 week and made it too. You have another week too -- maybe 95 kilos?
