Will someone please help me realisticly loose 30 lbs. i am 5'7 and would like to be 130 lbs i do stationary bike and have basketball practice 4 times a week how much and how long and how long will it take? what should i eat how much? i am a vegetarian and i would like to eat 1400 to 1500 calories a day

Protein and certain vitamins and minerals are going to be your main concern because vegetarian diets tend to lack them. Take advantage of the low-fat meat alternatives out there. With your activity level, I would aim more toward 1800 calories a day. Any idea what you burn a day?
