5'7" currently 175 and 38 years old. My birthday is in April and would like to be down at least 15 pounds. I was down to 169 (down from 199) before the holidays but...........
I am so good during the week but the weekend kills me. Monday weigh in will be good. Maybe it will help me through the weekend.

aaaaa i was back to school today and i don't know when to fit in exercise @ the moment k i have exercise 2 times some days bt today i had nothing!!! I have an english essay to do tonight wich is going to take me like 3hours i have a latin translation i've got to read loads of romeo nd juliet (i totaly don't understand old english) and i've got to practise my saxophone coz i'm behind on learning my scales 4 my exam!!!!!!!
what sort of exercises can i do in the house without any equiptment? just 4 tonight b4 i get better organised?

I try to go on the treadmill for 30 minutes in the morning and evening but i can't get out of my "christmas-sleeping-can-get-out-of-bed" phase

Well i ate cake for dinner, yummy, but one good thing that came out of 2day was, i was given a cook book full of yummy recepies, so i'm gonna start cooking! yay i hope its more healthy!!

i do fine with the eating, but it's exercising i have problems with. Usually i walk or run but with winter storms, i've been having to stop (too icy)... now i just try to get as many steps in each day as i can, and do pilates 3x week. but i'm lost when it comes to doing new cardio. sucks, because can't afford an exercise machine for at least a month...

Yes I belive home cooked meals are much more healthier and yummy than processed frozen or fast foods....

I'm now officially vegetarian from today (i watched some clips on youtube about how horable animals are treated before they are used for meat, it was very disturbing!!!!!!!!) But it is also supossed to be healthier!!

If you want to find some cool vegan recipes you should check out blog.fatfreevegan.com I'm not vegan, but she has a lot of cool easy recipes that have helped me keep my decision fresh. Also, when I first started I went to goveg.com and they sent me a free starter kit with recipes and nutrition advice.

I've been doing well this week, but it's usually the weekends that I struggle.
Yer curvy it dosen't matter to much just make sure u don't give up, it was my birthday on wednesday, so i ate cake for dinner, but went straight back to eating normally(except the fact i beame vegetarian an thursday!!) As long as you get back to your normal foods your weight will go down, but maby just a bit less than it would have!! I recon i'll b exactly the same weight as i was last week @ the end of this week!!!

Could be better. I wasn't able to work out three days this week and to top it off, I got my period today! So I'm hoping after a few says, a couple pounds of water weight will come off. I'll try to be good this weekend, since I have two birthday parties to go to. I'm gonna have to hit the gym or hit the pavement!

hey everyone, im finding it so hard 2 stay away from the fatty foods i love such as chocolate, and high fat meals like macaroni cheese or kfc!!!!!! i feel so hungry alot but i know theres no other option, when i go the gym i also feel sad because i am usually the biggest and there is really slim ppl working out like a quater of my size!!! but trying to stay determined
