Thank you sooo much Faithymom. Thats all very good advice. I have realized that my problem is socializing and eating with others... I just go over board and enjoy myself. I do well during the week and then comes weekend and I gain most if not all back. I am at 143 now gained a pound due to over eating all this weekend... I hope I go below 140s soon.
I'm not to sure what i'm going to do at the gym as i have never been to 1 b4 coz 4 most of them u have to b 16 so i have to do an enrolement course :(
But i love to play sport, i always have its usually just trying to find people to do it with!!
Its easter this sunday and i always get given loads of easter eggs!! I never know what to do with them!! should i eat them??

I had a couple weeks of re-gain, now I'm back at 205. Sucks, but at least I'm going down again. Just 5 more pounds to get to 15 lost.
