I used to weigh daily, but now I'm trying to keep it to once a week.  Although, both last week and this week, I cheated midweek and took a peek.  Both times I was upset with the number, so I vowed to only look at it on the designated day.

Hey everyone heres my weigh in!

start weight: 155lbs

week 1 weight: 153lbs (down 2 lbs)

week 2 weight: 151.5 (down 1.5) 

cr2012 i weigh myself whenever i go near the scale, its a very bad habbit i end up weighing myself like 4 times a day!!! Haha i'm obsesive, i mean its not like i expect myself to lose weight over just 1 day and my scale only goes to the nearest 0.5 of a lb so it can't be v.v.acurate, oh well just don't let the numbers on the scale make you change what you are aiming to eat!!! i know i need to loose weight because im 2.5 lbs to heavy for my age hight and weght!! and that kinda motivates me, and i want to b able to spend my summer in a bikini instead of a wetsuit, i go to the beach like every day in the summer hols!!

I recon today has been quite good for exercising, i had hockey training today and we did loads of sprints and atempts @ speeding up how fast we do the indian dribble!! My legs ache now coz u have to bend your legs loads to keep so close to the ground! I'm not sure wether to go 2 my swimming practise 2night, its only an hour of lengths, but i'm tierd and i prommised my little brother i'd play tennis on the wii with him!!!

169.5.  I am finally back down to where I was before the Holidays!!!!!!!!!  That is 5.5 pounds in one week but I think last Monday I may have had alot of salt intake over the weekend so I am going to say it is 5 pounds in 2 weeks.

I really started exercising this week and I am feeling much better.  It is a vicious cycle for me-If I work out well I seem to eat better   but if I don't work out I eat like crap.  So I just have to keep plugging away.

Hopefully I am saying goodbye to the 170's for good this time!!!

 i lost this week after gaining last week so suspect it was water or response to diet change, anyway im worried because i cant go the gym as often this week as doing overtime at work, and worried im going to put back on :s

hope everone is doing well, at times i am feeling REALLY HUNGRY and the only way to avoid a binge is to NOT HAVE THE FOOD IN THE HOUSE ive found :)

Week 2 results:

CW: 153

-3lbs total. Better than nothing or gaining - I'm hanging in there. I just got a Wii Fit and it's really fun. Although when I did my Body Eval yesterday, it said I was 151 lbs. I thought for this weigh in I would stick with my bathroom scale, even though the batteries are getting low. Does anyone know if that would alter the reading?

I am still in, but the scale at my gym is broken.  I'll give my numbers as soon as I ca find a scale!  Congrats to everyone and keep up the good work!

Hi everybody and bravo for still being in here!!!!! It's already 2 weeks in!!!! We made it so far and with the help of each other we'll succeed!!!! Sorry about the late editing, I was sick yesterday and stayed in bed most of the day!!!

My week was good but then the week-end got me!! My mom was in town for the week-end and we ate like pigs... the good side: it made me feel so bad physically, I could barely eat on sunday and went to the gym for like an hour!!! Monday, I did not eat much with that cold... It's been so cold outside, I can barely force myself to get our of the house! Let's hope that spring comes fast this year, so we can all show these bodies that we're working so much on!!!!!

By the way: here are my results:

SW: 136

1st week: 135.2

2nd week: 133.6 (- 1.6)

evilgenius: the wii fit board is always pretty acurate with my own digital scale... the only thing: my wii board is in the basement (with a big window no blinds)... so it's kind of "dangerous" to weigh naked.... but it's pretty precise...

Thanks for the info! My weight this morning was 151, so I think the Wii is more accurate. I need to change the batteries in my digital scale.

Hello!! 2 weeks down--congrats to everyone for sticking with it.

For me, I lost three pounds! 200.0 on the button down from 205 overall and 203 last week. Sweet!  1/3 of the way to the April 15 goal! On the downside I didn't meet my exercise goal of walking to my office and not taking the bus. It's been too cold--I don't like that goal!

New exercise goal for this week: 3 pilates video sessions.

Nutrition goal: Log everything I eat. I have been diligent for the past two weeks but it's time consuming. But I want to stick with logging--it's important.

I gained a pound from last week.  I wasn't able to work out for a few days, so hopefully I'll get back at it this week.

I'm very excited that I lost my vacation weight plus some.  It has given me some extra motivation to keep things going.  YAY!

Damn TOTM!!! Yesterday I was at 132.0 (back to normal BMI Yeahhh) and then Bang this morning, back at 133.6!!!!!! So, the same thing as last week.... I was briefly very happy yesterday! At least, I'm doing good... going to the gym 5-6 times a week for different types of activities (badminton, spinning, pilates, cardio...) and eating well and enjoying both!!! Good... How about you ladies???

Okay, so I had a great exercise week last week and good on the food and I gained a pound and a half! How can that be?? So so so frustrating. I log everything I eat and by my calculations I should have lost a pound. So to gain is frustrating. I mean, I gained 15 pounds last year eating crap all the time. And that is about a pound every THREE weeks. So to eat well, exercise like a madwoman and gain 1.5 pounds in a week is...frustrating. I can't think of a better word. Despite my...well, frustration...I am trying not to freak out. I'll keep doing what I'm doing and see what the scale says next week. A few positives:

Today I ran four miles pretty easily in under 40 minutes. I could not do that at the beginning of this year--just four weeks ago! I played basketball with a bunch of guys the other day and kicked their butt! (yeah!!) and they had this slow, overweight guy guarding me and halfway through the game, the best player on the other team made him switch with him so the good guy was guarding me! I am definitely saving money by cooking and packing my lunch all the time instead of getting takeout...and since I'm going to Madrid in March, that saved money will come in handy.

Anyhow...here's the stats:

Okay I didn't do exercise all the days and also didn't do that well with my eating!! So I am at 146 just 1 lb less than last week this morning. I hope I can do better and reach my week 4 goal of 144 next monday.....

I am still at 169 but it's that TOTM.  I exercised good during the week but went to a party on Sat and drank a lot.  I am going to be paying for that all week.  I am still below 170 and for that TOTM I have not gained or at least I will be lower when it's done!!!!
