wk 10 weight:

Sorry for the late post:  148.4

I will be gone next week for Spring Break :)  Hope I don't gain it all back...

Have a good vacation Cr2012: have fun!!!!

205

I'm frustrated.

Faithymom: I know how you feel! Last week was the same for me!! But I lost it back this week, it's probably TOTM, water retention, stress or whatever your body is clinging to.... just continue! It has to turn around! Good luck

Wow, I put on 1.4 pound in a week even though I went to the gym, I sabotaged myself over the week-end... But I'm giving myself a break since it's the end of TOTM and I usually put on 1-2 pounds towards the end of it... so it's probably that... Anyway, for this last week, I would like to say BRAVO to all of us... and remember that these little pounds that we shed since the last 11 weeks are a step forward in the good direction, it may not be the fastest step but still...it's better than nothing! Good luck for this lats stretch!!!

By the way, I'm getting bikini ready... we're leaving on vacation on April 8th... I'm so glad those 9-10 pounds are gone!!! Yeeee! I tried bathing suits this week-end and I was OK... I wouldn't have said that 11 weeks ago... Thank you all and again Good luck!

I'm up also to 168.  I was down to 164 last Thursday but it's also TOTM so I have absolutely no idea where I am.  I have really been working out better.  This weekend was not great due to that time but I feel okay and was doing good last week.

I guess I will see what happens to the scale when this is done.  I'm not stressing too much about the weight but it really bums me out.  Just have to keep working on it!!!

Keep it up

Hi all, I am 142.

166

125.8: back to last week number. I have a everyday deficit of about 300-400 calories so the weight loss can go very fast.... I'm tempted to exercise more to boost my deficit... but I'm lazy! How are your daily deficits? Have a good week (almost there)....

Hi I am still at 142.

I didn't reach my 15lb loss target....Do all want to continue?

me neither I haven't reach my 15 lbs by april 1st... I wouldn't mind to continue but I'm thinking we're going to lose a lot of people... I think we're like 4-5 people left....Frown

166 here.  Still stuck in this plateau.  I am getting frustrated.  Didn't lose the 15 either Cry did lose 9 pounds though.  I'm in-got to lose it at some point.  I would continue if you all want to.

Keep at it, we will lose those 15 pounds soon!!!!

I'm in AGAIN....let's go for that 7-8 lbs left to achieve that 15 pound goal... I'm hoping to achieve it by this summer (June 21st).... Let's keep in mind that those 8-9-10 pounds are behind us forever!!!!!!

So it's April 1st and I'm sorry I missed last week... the change in thread title really confused me...

I'm up for continuing. Hopefully I'll get to 15# down by next week, but if it's going to go like it has been so far, I'll just hold at this weight for a month! lol

My weight this morning is....drum roll....

202 -down 13 pounds from January

Frustratingly close to the 15 pound mark, and a good 7 pounds away from where I had hoped to be....BUT it's down and still going (slowly) down!!!!!

Way to go for all of you still going strong!

Hey Faithymom: I did not think about the confusion changing the title might create! Thanks for telling! WOW: COngrats on the loss.... 13 pounds is good... we'll get there... eventually!!!!!

Hey Faithymom, give some tips and motivation as to how did you get 13 pounds down???? I need mosre motivation.

Nothing other than what you already know, I imagine.

I've cut out most of the junk food but not all of it. I don't have junk every day like I used to, but now and then I do. I've tried really hard to not eat garbage late at night (which is when I used to down the carbs!) and to eat breakfast (neither of which come 'naturally' to me) and while I've been trying to exercise, I really haven't been that diligent. I think that if/when I get moving I'll drop the weight quicker. I'm so happy that I've dropped this amount, but I wish it was going faster...that's not even a pound a week...2 pounds a week would be awesome!!!!

My diet has been fairly high protein with good fiber and relatively low carb, but not a NO carb... I try to get most of the carbs I eat before 5-ish and have veggies as my carb source with dinner.

It will happen if you keep at it. Don't beat yourself up over the slip-ups, or even over the weeks off...just jump back on and keep going! You CAN do it! But not if you give up...

sorry i haven't posted in ages my scales broke and i stopped taking it so seriously, i'm practically back to where i started before! at 154lbs so is it ok if i continue coz i might do better as i have nowe got a gym membership and athleticsd season is comming up!! i'm going to aim to lose that water weight i've put back on coz i haven't drunk enough water and lose 2lbs a week!!

Welcome back Stephannalee!!! The best of luck to you... don't worry we'll help you with the gym and you'll achieve your goal!!!! What kind of training do you intend to do?

As for myself, I'm at 125.0.... very slowly moving in the right direction....

Still 166-didn't do much this week so I know why I'm still there.  Eating fairly good just need to work out.  Can't seem to get motivated.  I'm not quite sure what it will take to get me motivated-still working on it.

Good luck you guys-have a great week!!!!!
