Lose 16 lbs in 9 weeks - Please join me!!!
All, I just recently joined caloriecount.com and have made some progress since I began tracking my calories. I feel great about this but I KNOW I could have done more if I was doing this with someone else. A little motivation and encouragement from someone in the same struggle goes a long way. My family is supportive but most of them have to eat to KEEP FROM LOSING! ![]()
A little bit about me..... I have given birth to 3 beautiful children in the past 3.5 years and have 30 lbs of "baby weight" left. I am 5'6" and 158 lbs (lost 4 lbs since joining caloriecount).
My 'ultimate' goal is to be 125 lbs by my 34th birthday on November 3rd.
However, my hubby and I are taking a well deserved vacation (alone!
) during Labor Day weekend to Las Vegas.
My 'midterm' goal is to lose 20 lbs by then and so far I've lost 4.
I know it's an aggressive goal to lose 16 lbs in 9 weeks but this is just under the healthy loss of 2 lbs per week.
I would love for others to join me in this quest. 16 lbs in 9 weeks....YES WE CAN!!!!

im 5 4 and 133.8 pounds i wanna be 118. and i want to lose this weight by my birthday.
ive lost about 20 pounds so far and i still got to lose another 16.

Hello all!! I would love to join. Here's a little about myself. I am 27 years old, had a baby boy 13 months ago. I gained about 50 pounds during my pregnancy (I was huge!) I lost all 50 pounds of it, but would still like to lose about 15-20 more if possible. I currently weigh 140 pounds and my height is 5'0...I'm ready for this challenge I am dying to get these pounds off of me. Ready to be a sexy mama!!!
well its only thursday but im weighing in today, my son has surgery tomorrow so cant do it then.. its been a good week.. saw my trainer today and she did my measurements and hey my waist is 6in smaller, arms 4in.. im excited..i know ive got a long way to go but im in for the ride!

I only started last week at 195 lbs. I'm now 191, hurray!
Well this morning I weighed in at 187.
My starting weight was 185.5 BUT it's the time of the month where I bloat about 3-4 lbs so I'll take it lol!
Next week goal: 182.

Its not aggressive .
Ive lost over 16 pounds every month usualy in about 28 days i lose 16 pounds.

It has not been a good (eating) week. That TOM starts tomorrow, and I have family in town from another country (read: lots of eating at restaurants). Truthfully, I need to get my motivation back for next week's weigh in.

I understand the bad eating week... suggestion for restaurants: only eat half of what they give you (at the very most-a third will usually do) and take the rest home for a ready-made meal that you won't have to cook. Restaurant portions are ridiculous and it's a death trap if you're trying to lose. Especially since most of the food is prepared in buttery or creamy sauces. I have a rehearsal dinner tonight and a wedding tomorrow - one of my best friends. And I'm only eating half so I can dance at the wedding and not feel bloated and tired! And I still plan to lose 2 lbs for next week's Friday weig-in :) Good luck with your family's visit!
