Lose 10 pounds by May 25??

I was recently part of a forum that was lose 10 lbs by April 28th.  I missed my goal by 2 lbs.  I really ejoyed the support so I thought I would start another one. 

Starting weight: 183.4

Goal wight: 173.4

I would like to lose 10 lbs by May 25th.

I am 30 years old

5'5

My currend weight is 138 (ttom)

My normal weight is 134

and my Goal Weight is 125 or around there, and maintain and stop this yo-yo cycle.  Do you want to do weigh ins on Mondays? or when?

Current weight - 209.4lbs


Goal weight by 25th may - 199.4lbs

Height 6ft 1 inch

 

Age 26.

current weight 208.4lbs

 

Goal weight by 25th May - 198.4lbs

Height 5 ft. 6in

I'm rather new to the site, only a week old...so right now it's kind of hard for me to think about what all I can do so I can be more healthy, but I'm reading up and starting lose some weight already!  3.6lbs to be exact lol.  :D

I'd love to join you and would welcome the support.  I am 39 and am 5'7" and weight 149....I would like to weigh 139 :)

I love to exercise and walk, run, or lift weights almost every day....I also live to eat :(

I have lost 3 pounds since the 1st of April.

 Mondays is fine with me. 

I just thought I would share a little but more about myself.  I am 24 years old.  My highest weight (not pregnent) was 202.8.  I hated being in the 200's.  My ulitmate goal is to be about 160.  I enjoy doing the mini goals though.  They make the final goal seem a little closer. 

 

I usually intake about 1500-1700 calories a day.  I walk for 35 min on my luch break.  I also take strolls in the evening with my family.  I don't do a whole lot more than that.  I figure picking up my kids (5 and 2) not to mention carring the groceries helps my muscels :).  I also am very active around the house.  Cleaning, yard work, and playing. 

I would love to join you guys.  Since I weighed myself yesterday, I'll stick with 10 pds by May 26th.  

I am 5'4

My current weight is 173.4 and hope to be 163.4 by May 26th. 

My first goal weight is 150 and my ultimate/ideal weight is 140.

Are we going to be weighing in weekly??

I'm 27, 5'7, and my current weight is 157 (started last year at 186) and I'll try to be 147 by the end of may..  (If I just can pass the 150 it would be wonderful..!!) My ultimate goal is 135-140 (hopefully for my birthday (in October).

I try to stay around 1600 calories a day and I started Turbo Jam 3 weeks ago... (but I didn't do anything this past week .. I was pretty sick.. but I'm back on track now!!)

I am 29, 5'2", starting weight was 150; current is 138; goal is 125. 

I'm getting married in August so I'm getting down to the wire and my bridal shower is the 24th of May, so I need a specific challenge like this!!  Thanks for putting this out there.

I'm down for 128 by May 25.

Mondays are good w/ me.  :-)

 I have had the same problem.  I spend the weekend with my fiance he loves to cook and eat out.  I have found myself trying to catch up all week for what I do on the weekends.  I got lucky though. I have gotten him to eat better with me, so that helps alot.  I still do drink but I try to limit it and really keep track.  I would suggest when you go out to eat just try to make good decsions.  nothing fried and get side salad (but make sure you get a fat free dressing)instead of fries.

Hey Ya'll......I started dieting/excercising in Feb and have lost 9 pounds but I have another 10 to go.  I am 5'11 and weigh 155....I had baby #2 last June and just want to be back to my pre baby body.
