Lose 5-10 Pounds By New Years Challenge: Oct 19- Dec 28

Hey team!

I thought this would be a great challenge for those who want to lose some pounds over the holiday season. There's almost 11 weeks until New Years!!! I set up a weekly weigh-in called New years Challenge Weigh-in. Post your weight every sunday (or whenever your weigh-in day is... for those who aren't weighing themselves daily or weekly, you can still join in by posting your goals each week). 

Answer these questions about your weight loss every week or at the end of the challenge:

1. Sunday weigh-in: 

2. What are my goals for this week? How will you achieve each one of them?

This tread will be a great place to vent, ask questions, and push each other to lose the weight!! We CAN do it!! 

 

Here's mine:

Sunday weigh-in: 144.8 (oct19)

What are my goals for this week:

Goal 1: Eat around 1450 calories daily

Achieve it by: sticking to my meal plans and plan them ahead of time

Goal 2: Work out 4- 5 times a week 

Achieve it by: separating my workouts to avoid boredorm and get motivated to workout

Goal 3: Avoid getting stressed this holiday season

Acheive it by: trying to relax as much as I can. Working out helps be release stress. Hit the gym instead of turning to food.
