to lose a pound= rmr + physical activity or just physical activity???
To lose weight, do I also add my rmr which is my resting metabolic rate(what it takes for your organs to function) plus my physical activity or is my rmr already calculated when I set my activity level in my profile. For instance, it says that I burn in a 24 hour period 2600 calories. Does this mean that I actually burn 2600 calories plus my rmr of 1900, or is my rmr already figured in the 2600? This is a little difficult to explain, but I hope that some of you understand it enough to help me understand it. Well, thank you in advance......
i believe the total of 2600 is an estimated total of ALL the calories you will burn in a given day, including your resting calories. it would be highly unusual to burn 4500 calories in a day!!

Figure out what type of eater you are and you might just find the answer to permanent weight loss.
