can you lose the same amount of weight if you....
will i lose the same amount of weight if my deficit is the same?
like for example if one day i eat 1500 calories and burn a total of 2200 calories..
and the next day i eat 2200 calories but burn 2900 calories...
will i lose the same amount of weight both days? or about the same?
the reason i ask is because some days i just eat alot of food so i figure i can just exercise more to make up for it... but 2200 seems like alot of calories...
sorry if this seems like a stupid question..
thanks for your help :)
Yup, it's all about having a 500 deficit daily :P
got it ! thanks !
You will lose the same in the long run, though if you weigh every day you will see less of a loss or even a gain on the days you eat more. This wont be a real gain though, its just the larger amount of food still in your digestive system from the day before, and soon as its gone the extra weight from it should go away.
