Has anyone else here tried this? Did it work?
I think it depends on what your normal habits are. I routinely go to bed around 10 pm, and get up around 5:45. In the summer, I always wake up before my alarm goes off because it is light. In the winter, I usually need the alarm. So, I have good "sleep hygiene". I am also very overweight. I think this would only work if you currently are sleep deprived, and only a little overweight.
sounds like it worth trying. It couldn't hurt any. I do tend to stay up too late. It might improve my life in many ways. haha
i have no idea if it will work...
although, i know that when i'm tried (from staying up too late) i tend to eat more.
i think it's because my brain is substituting my craving for sleep with a craving for food. so in that way i can see how more sleep would = weight loss.
