Lose 5-10 pounds by Valentine's Day

I was looking for some valentines challenges and I think I was a lil late on all so I decided to come up with my own. I am 23 years old, married and have one daughter who is 3. I am currently 5'2 and 141 lbs. and looking at getting down to 125! Hopefully I can shed off around 10 pounds to get me to about 130-135 by Valentines Day!!

How about weigh-in's on Mondays?  Anyone care to join me?  We can do this!!!

If so just give me your Current Weight (CW) and your Goal Weight (GW) for Feb. 14th!!

Anyone can still feel free to join us!!

* 3500 Calories= 1 POUND... so by NOT eating just  500 calories less in a day.. you are losing a pound every week!!!


Week 3.. Wow everyone is doing great. I can't believe how much everyone is losing.. seriously! Give yourselfs a pat on the back.. it pays off when you are losing and you start to feeling better about yourself!

oh and so far we have all together lost 45 POUNDS!!!

I just had a baby 2 months ago and want to lose about 40 pounds so starting out with 10 pounds is a good start. Thanks for the challenge. We can definitly do this.

Hi! No, 1 lb = 0.4536 kg so:

your CW - 61 kg (134.4 lbs)

your GW - 58 kg (127.8 lbs)

I have almost the same stats as you, minium.  I am 24, 5'1" and currently 144.  I would like to get to 127 or less by Valentines Day.  Hopefully I can stay committed enough to acheive that.  I am in! (hopefully I am not too late).

I'm a 19 year old , 5'7, who never got to be "sexy" and wild because of my body (plus the boyfriend of course) So now I'm doing something about it (though keeping the boyfriend <3)

I am 26 , 5' 6" and am just trying to drop between 5 and 10 lbs. Nothing more otherwise I look ill! Believe me I have been 120, and I did not look healthy or attractive to anyone but myself! I have been back tracking through pictures and videos at that time which shed a whole new light on agreeing with those I did not agree with before! Anyway I think this would be a fun challenge and a great motivator!

Is it too late to get in on this? Hi my name is Shadara and I am a single mom to two boys. I am currently 170 lobs and would like to get down to 160 by Valentines Day. I am 5'8. This is my first challenge to participate in and I am so excited. I just turned 30 on the 6th and would love to slim it down some.

CW: 170 as of Thursday Jan 17th.

I guess I am am the biggest of the group .........SIGH.............Oh well, just gives me more incentive. I have been just trying to eat right not diet and I have also joined Curves. I really like it, actually, I hate all exercize but so far I have gone everyday except yesterday because of the snow.

 

How is everyone else doing on your Valentines goal?
