when you don't eat enough your body doesn't get what it needs to stay healthy.At the beginning you may lose a few pounds but after that your body gets into starvation mode. You don't lose anymore.If you're considering of doing it think your health first. Better healthy than thin.Laughing

Your losing pounds but if you are barely eating your body gets hungry and has to eat something so it eats your muscles, which is not good at all than goes to your fat.  It can be very painful at this point cause it doesn't just take away from your belly and unwanted areas of fat. your body eats like the fat at the bottem of your feet ( which is very need to walk without pain) and bottom and all those areas where as if your lsot weight healthy wouldn't be a problem

Oh my God you make it sound horrible!The pain part never crossed my mind!What is that about fat at the bottom of feet?Is this really happening!?!?

according to what my boss said (he's a major health freak).. you need to eat at least 5 meals a day, not big ones but small ones.. like, yogurt, fruit, grilled chicken salad, peanut butter crackers, things like that. dont starve yourself bc it doesnt really work. when you only eat like one meal a day and then work out, your body stores the fat you eat bc it's in "starvation mode" like infinity said. so since your body doesnt know when they will get more fat to store, they dont let go of the fat you have taken in to be burnt off, so you arent helping yourself by eating one meal a day.. just eat more, healthier meals. :)
