lose weight but not breast size
Is that possible to do? ..lose weight but not breast size?
For some people it is... wasn't possible for me though!
You can't choose where your body loses fat from unfortunately.
I don't really know, but I think it has something to do with where you gained weight first. I read somewhere that you lose weight first in the first place you gained it. So, by that theory, I suppose that if you gained weight in childhood and developed breasts later, it should be less of a problem. That was the case for me, and so far it has been true. I've lost about 25 pounds so far and my boobs haven't been affected, only the band size of my bra.
I really don't have any idea tho, this could all be B.S. for all I know.
It'll depend on how much of your breast is breast tissue, and how much is fat. If you were smaller chested before you gained weight, then you're going to lose the added fat. If you were larger chested even before you became overweight, then you won't lose much in the chest.
And neozanne is right; the last place(s) you gained are the first you lose, and the first you gained is the last you lose. Reverse order process. Prior to being overweight, I was a 36C/D. I became a 42DD. After losing 55 pounds, I'm a 36DDD. It's horrible--nothing fits well. It will be the last to go. But hopefully, 25 pounds from now, I'll be a 36C/D again.
Boob job? ;) Just kidding.
neozanne.i think you right too,and sharz96,the last place you gain is the last place you lose.not the first. in my case ,i was never overweight and developed breast early, later on after my child i gained 45lbs,and my breast become huge, than i lost like 30lbs and they were the first to go,i have gained the 30 lbs back and my breasts got bigger.i have lost some more weight and i can tell by my bra size.that's so cool never new that.thanx neozanne.and yeah a boob job is in the near future:)more like a lift and we are good as new!lol
heh I'm a 34DDD and I've just decided that most people don't carry that size, its annoying, and I don't lose weight there, but my mom certainly does, so it depends on the person for sure
I disagree with neozanne - I first developed breasts then gained weight. I've lose 10 pounds and it has come from my waist, arms and thighs from what I can tell but I'm still a 38F. There is no real answer to this question; it's is certainly possible to lose weight without a reduction in breast size but there is no telling what's going to happen to you.
Hee hee.... Ya' know those 'before and after' pictures where people hold up a pair of jeans in front of them to show how much they lost? I'm going to hold up my bra in front of me! I went from about a 46C to a 34B.
When I started gaining, it started in my lower body, which is where I'm still battling fat. The weight came off of my face, chest and feet first! I'm still working on my hips and thighs but continue to lose from my chest! If this keeps up, I'll be in an A cup soon!!!
Note: My case is a tad extreme so don't worry! Not everyone puts on about 50 pounds of fat in thier chest. ![]()
Everytime I lose a few pounds it comes off in the cleavage first. It's like the weight gods are trying to thwart my sex appeal... bastards.
hahaha this is one of the main reasons why i stop trying to lose weight... i love my boobs to much!
l love the way you put uncertaintysign. ![]()
