Lose weight in 3 days??
Is there any way that I can lose weight in 3 days??
Not a specific number of pounds, but just enough so that I will LOOK smaller?
I'm doing a water/yogurt fast, but I need to know if I can do anything else to lose the weight...
as well as the water weight??

Not really possible, but if you're trying to gain weight then a fast is a great way to go about it.
Assuming you're preparing for a big event, I'd recommend looking into some good foundation garments. They'll have a much more positive effect on your appearance than any fast/diet possibly could in that timeframe. (Seriously. The right underwear can basically take you down a size.)
Calorie Count is all about healthy and sustainable weight loss. Losing weight in a fad diet in 3 days isn't healthy or sustainable and is likely to pile back on uickly. However, there are definitely things you can do to improve oneself in a mere few days. I would lay off the unrefined carbs (rice, sweets & breads etc) and stick to fresh fruit and vegetables along with healthy meats. Same cals, just healthier cals. I find when I cut back on those items my tummy protrudes less and I generally feel better about myself. When I feel better about myself, I look better, regardless of weight.

Please don't fast if you want to look better. More than likely all you'll have to show for it will be a pasty complexion and a headache. Even if you should lose a few ounces, you'll gain it right back. Check out the Flexee's undergarments in your local department store for s firmer looking figure. It sounds silly, but put on your lipstick and smile. You can't lose any real weight in a few days. Come back here and learn how to lose it so you can smile for longer than three days! Good luck
The fasting won't help you, but eating a healthy range of calories with healthy food, little sodium and drinking a lot of water might. You'll probably lose a bit of water weight. I personally find that looking in the mirror in the morning, I look a lot slimmer if I drank a lot of water the day before than if I didn't.
I read in your blog that you want to lose fast for seeing your family over easter. That makes me wonder why! I mean, they're your family, I think they'll love you no matter what you look like in three days?! Just something to think about. Also, family feasts tend to be very high calories anyway ;)
I've always felt that water weight kind of goes in 3 day cycles - so it you time it right, you can be at the lower part of the cycle when you want to be at your "minimum bloat" self.
I would eat healthy (avoid salt and fast foods!) and drink quite a bit of water and take fiber on days 1 and 2 - then cut back on water (that is extra water) at the end of day 2 - by the afternoon of day three you should be hydrated but not bloated, and lookin' great!
Fasting actually will make your body hold on to every calorie you eat. I agree with the above poster who suggested cutting out refined carbs - no sugar and no starch unless it's in it's natural state (sweet potato, baked potato, brown rice) no breads, and up your veggie intake. One of the best ways to look smaller though is to work out like crazy (weights that is) - if you work out every day for 3 days your muscles will be tighter and your posture better so you will look slimmer.

Figure out what type of eater you are and you might just find the answer to permanent weight loss.
