I don't know, it depends on you I think. I know that according to the numbers you're supposed to still loose.  But to be honest, even when I make sure to have 1000 deficit on my calories and I'm NOT working out, then I stop loosing weight.   Drives me crazy but that's the case for myself anyway.  I'm assuming that in my case even though I'm a pretty active person, I just don't burn the same when I'm not making sure to get the fat burning excercise in there.  Sorry I'm not more encouraging just letting you know my findings.

Hey there,

i Dont know whether or not you will completly you may lose a bit but it is important to build muscle at the same time so u can burn more calories for longer i think that everyone needs to do weights so wether or not you pick up some dumbells or whatever. I was told you dont need to lift weights for more than 2 times a week, giving muscles time to recover is important also.

If you have a calorie deficit, you'll lose weight. Not as fast; and if you lost muscle mass this would slow down more. But you'll still be losing.

Why don't you just work out two or three times a week?

lol you are right :) i should just suck it up and work out atleast half hour everyday :) Thanks all u guysssssss!!!
