Hi, I'm having a weight loss issue so I need some tips.
How do YOU lose weight? What types of exercise, how many days a week, for how long? what do you eat(and what you don't), when do you eat it? any cheat days?
I want to get some ideas and if we all share we can help each other get tips for how to lose weight!

Personally I do a LOT of exercise. I go working out in the morning( 60 mins on the elliptical + 30 min circuit training) and jogging in the evening 5-10 kms(on a good day), but EVERY DAY I o at least 45 mins on the elliptical, I also started doing Bikram Yoga. I basically do that not to ain weight. Diet is important too i you actually want to lose, but I'm too weak to do that. :P
