First of all, worry less about excersing and more about your food intake; that determines your weight loss far and away more than your excersise routine.
Secondly, what's going on that you're losing control? We've all had those times. Try to figure out what's happening to stress you out and fix that. If some stress (work, family, money) is causing you to want to binge, that must be addressed
Be ok!

im going to give myself a week of intuitive free-ness and see how it goes. maybe all the stress (?) of dieting is getting to you?

i am actually gaining weight thats wat scares me more.. 5 pounds gained i donno how many more yikesssssss!!
Are you eating enough on your non-binge days? You don't want to fall into a cycle of starve/binge/starve/binge...
is it bad? what happens if i do starve/binge?
is it b
How can it be good? What purpose could it possibly serve? Why would you even do that ... ? Anyway, I don't know how current your profile pix are but you look fantastic in my opinion. Maybe the reason you are taking to binging is because when you are eating "normally" you are not eating enough?
How many calories are you trying to eat per day?
Where are you getting this "take out" food from? There HAS to be some better choices. (But like you mentioned, salad and potato are ok!)
Also, I don't buy the "no time" for exercise. EVERYBODY, no matter what they say, has time. You MUST find the time -- it's pretty much key to a healthy life. :)

The reason you binge is because your body is starving. If you start eating normally you'll stop binging. So just eat normal.
Of course you can control yourself. Don't tell yourself you can't. If
the consequence for going over your calorie number was getting one
finger chopped off, could you control yourself? Of course. So you do
have the ability to do it.
A common reason for binging is low serotonin... the main chemical in your brain that makes you feel happy. Your body needs carbs to make serotonin. That's why we're sad or stressed we want cookies. So try a good dose of carbs. But don't do white flour and sugar, because this gives you a quick boost, followed by a crash, which makes you depressed again and wanting more carbs. Instead try something like a bowl of oatmeal, or some other whole grain. Complex carbs give you a lower but steady and longer serotonin boost. Exercise, sunshine and doing anything that makes you feel successful raises serotonin. Aspertame, monosodium glutamate and too much protein are said to possibly interfere with serotonin production.
