With a BMI of 19-ish you're at the low end of a healthy weight for your height.  Which makes you extremely slim.  As a teenager, you're likely to still be growing and developing.  So, no, you don't need to lose any weight.

No, you are still growing.  Be sure to take in 1800 calories a day.  This is essential for proper growth, I am not just talking height, i am also talking about your organs.

Eat lots of fruits and veggies and get your calcium!

Take care :+)

Hey thanks for the tips guys. ^.^

Anyone else feel free to post your opinions.

noooo! dont do it. let your body develop as it needs to, right now you need to focus on enjoying yourself and fueling your body with what it needs x

Definatly dont do it. Your too young to start thinking about diets. Eat the foods you like while you still can!! Believe me you will regret it from years to come. Plus with the amount of exercising you do too you dont need to diet. I do Ice skating 3 times a week for 2 hours at a time. And im pretty toned up due to that. But i need to diet as my bodys metabolic rate is really slow. And that will happen to you too as you get older.

DONT DO IT, Your fine as you are!

uh no it doesnt matter how active/how old you are. 122 lbs at 5'6 is very thin.
