Not losing at all ):

Quote  |  Reply

I'm not losing weight at all now and it's so infuriating! ]:<

I eat at least 1200 calories a day but try not to go over 1400.

I exercise either on the treadmill or the elliptical about 600 cal everyday and do some weight stuff at the gym.

I was 127 before the holidays hit and I still try to maintain my exercise routine. Now I'm about 130 and have not lost anything ever since I returned to my planned calorie intake about a week ago! It's so frustrating!!! What am I doing wrong?

No offense but how tall are you right now?  You don't look big from your pictures... Maybe you just don't have that much to lose?
I'm 5'4 right now. That picture is from summer though... my legs are really gross, which is why I don't like having photos of my lower body. CC says I'm small framed, supposedly...
you look fine to me! lol but maybe u should intake less calories or dont eat after 7pm seems to work for allot of people and up ur exercise, But honestly u dont look like u need to loose anything u seem ok too me, whats ur BMI here?

You are eating too few calories.  After exercise, your net is 600 to 800 calories, which is well below the 1,200 minimum your body needs to exist.  Your body probably thinks it is starving and is hanging on to every pound it can.
You are already at a healthy weight and not eating NEARLY enough for your activity level.

and yes... you probably need to eat more to lose weight. i know it sounds really stupid, but it really does work, too!

You're short like I am. We have longer plateau periods than taller people ... and a plateau period of no weight loss can last as long as 4 or 5 weeks. Also, you don't have much weight to lose. I have the same problem. Just hang loose and stick to the plan and it will come off, but it'll come off very slow. That's just how it is for us. The worst thing you can do is eat less for the sake of showing a different number on the scale. Use the measuring tape instead. It never lies and really is all that matters, IMO. It's my SIZE that matters, not a digital read on a machine.

Also, you are exercising a lot and building muscle.  Muscle weighs more than fat.  Stop weighing yourself.  Really!
