Losing the freshman 15! Need a buddy to help!

Within the last year I've gained 15 lbs. So far I've lost 3.5 lbs and still going. I'm 19, 5'3, currently weigh 136.5 lbs. I exercise at least 3 days a week doing cardio and weight training. I also try and eat between 1400-1700 calories a day. Anybody want to help motivate each other and weigh in once a week?? Also I have one of those BIA scales (which I recommend to everyone). I currently have 26.5% body fat, would like to get down to 20%. I just need help staying on track by eating right, and motivation to work out more often. Some days I just don't feel like going. I would love to lose at least 3% body fat by October 18th.
