Ever since halloween i've been losing inches, but not weight.
can anyone explain that?
i eat less than 1500 calories each day.
how can i lose weight?

my periods are irregular.

B- oatmeal 1 cup cooked/ 1 cup kashi cereal with 1 cup of milk
L- turkey sadwich with lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber and a cup of 1% milk
D- baked chicken with two side order of veggies
S- yogurt low fat yoplait and a fruit
For exercises I would do tae bo....turbo sculpt with ten pounds weight
B- small glass of milk and a piece of bread.
L- rice w/ baked beans and boiled vegetables, a piece of fruit.
S- none/a tangerine, or apple or a piece of fruit.
D- rice w/ small piece of beef, boiled/fried vegetables.
this is all about 1300 calories.
i am strict on: no junk food, no food between breakfast and lunch, and no sugary drinks .
I fill up on only green tea/water.
