I have been so insanely busy the last few weeks that I have only managed to get in one of my Stage 2 workouts each week for 2 maybe 3 weeks.
When I was in stage 1 I was averaging 3 per week.
This morning I noticed that my jeans were looser and then a co worker asked ifI was still losing weight. I don'tthink I have lost weight but do you think its possible I have lost some of the muscle I worked so hard to gain? That would really suck. I am going to try really hard to fit two in this week.
I wouldn't think you'd lose muscle that fast. At least you are doing some workouts. See if you can get in at least 2 a week. That would probably work better.
Maybe you have lost more weight & didn't realize it!
yeah i would say doing at least 1 workout per week & getting enough protein & not alot of cardio, that you would be fine in maintaining the muscle mass. howz your strength doing?
