I started with CC two weeks ago today. I'm 5'3" and weigh 246 when I started, last monday I weighed in at 244.8, today I weigh 246.2. My calories burnt for the day at sedetary is 2500 and I go to the gym three times a week and burn around 450. I am doing cardio and weights. Burnt calories are at 4516 from the week before and last week at 4742.
Yesterday was a bad day. We had a BBQ and I didn't eat well at all plus drank beer. But even though the day was really bad yesterday the number are showing that I should have lost 2.64 pounds.
Here is my analysis:

Well...BBQ has ALOT of sodium, I'm not sure about beer.
You're just retaining water, unless you ate 7000 calories yesterday, then you shouldn't worry about anything.
Drink plenty of water and continue the exercise.
The sodium should lower by tomorrow if not the day after.

I agree, you are retaining water from the sodium. Drink up!
