ok so 16yr old female @ 5'2 what is a healthy but slim weight when you are already small framed but just want that desired wash board stomach?

115lbs at the moment and need your opinions because I want to get down to 100/105lbs but I'm finding it hard to lose it!

use some of the tools on the site.  As of right now, your BMI is about 21 (healthy is between 20-24), so you are already on the low end of healthy.  I also checked your goals, and both of them will put you underweight (19.2 and 18.3).

I would imagine that you are already very slim, and if you want the wash board stomach, do NOT restrict your calories, but start doing exercises for your abs.  Check out the fitness threads on how to tone your midriff.  Also, if you are going to try and be building muscle, you may have to eat over your maintenance calories.  And rather than watching the scale, watch your measurements.
If you want a washboard stomach, the goal isn't to lose weight. Your main goal shouldn't be calorie-counting (although, if done properly, can lead to healthy habits) but your main goal should be doing cardio (i.e. running/aerobic excercises) to get rid of what little fat you have on your stomach. Then work out your stomach (situps/crunches/w.e.)

Chances are you'll probably put on pounds, because muscle weighs more than fat. If memory serves me correctly, you don't want to restrict your calories, you want to eat what your body needs, and make sure you're getting plenty of protein. And drinking plenty of water. And just keep working out your stomach. But don't overwork it, or else you can hurt the muscles. But I'd say make sure you're starting off with 3/4 days a week with a good stomach workout

Take care
Women aren't meant to have washboard stomachs.
a flat stomch...

whatever u wanna call it

no fat
at this point for you, you wont get a washboard stomach by losing weight, what you will see if you lose is that your stomic with start puffing out and whats makeing it puff will be your intestens and other organs. what you want to do is start weight lifting and posture is always important (that alone can make you look 5-10 pounds slimer) and do a little more cardio than your doing now, not much just about 20-30 minits 3 or 4 times a week and do weight lifting the same amount. and the other poster were right dont look at the scail because to get a washbord stomic you will gain weight
