So I have been vigorously working out 7 days a week and only consuming about 1200 claories, and it is doing nothing for me. I cut out all sugars, coffee, caffeeine, and just about everything that tastes good. I eat a lot of boneless skinless chicken breasts, and salad. Well I got tired and decided I was going to do a system flush, which consists of the water, lemon juice, ceyenne pepper, and grade b maple syrup, which is consumed by 10 oz. glasses about 10 times a day and water in between. Well I feel horrible, I have headaches, and I have no energy. I did lose 6 pounds in the first day(which is not healthy to me), but I have a problem. I am supposed to do a "flush" in thje morning to cleanse my colon. This consists of 1qt. water with 2 tbsp. of uniodized sea salt. Well lets just say that it does not stay down. This is the most important part of the diet, but I cannot get the dang water and salt down. I am really discouraged now and want to go and eat everything I see. I won't, but I feel so hungry and tired. I just want to lose some weight, and feel healthy. HAs anyone else tried the Lemonade Diet and Cleanse??
