Losing Weight Safely While Eating More Than 1200/1500 Calories Poll

I'd like to know the average number of calories you eat a day and how much weight you have lost. Thank you!

And since I'm starting this, I'll go first:

Average calories/day: 1700
Weight lost so far: 24 pounds (as of August 9)
       &nb sp;               &nb sp;     30 pounds (as of August 25)
       &nb sp;               &nb sp;     42 pounds (as of October 18)

I'm 333lbs need to lose half of me...WOW that so odd to write..

Anyway...My average calorie intake is 1400-1600

I've lost 10lbs since, July 24th.
1300-1400, female, and have lost 49 pounds since the beginning of May.
Female, 20 yrs old, 5'9".  Eat 1500-1800 each day, but burn 2100-2400 each day (walking and yoga/pilates).  Lost 11 lbs since mid-June on CC.  Recently hit a bit of a plateau eating around 1500-1600, so upped it to 1700-1800 and seem to be losing again. *fingers crossed*

I've lost 17 pounds since May 16th, and I've also been struggling with a plateau. *shakes fist* I upped my calories last week, I'm restricting them this week, and trying to figure out what works!!!!

Hi!! I'm eating 1400 to 1500 cal per day. Have been since July 10 and have lost 22 pounds. plus I walk 2 miles a day. which says I burn 200 cal there.
Between 1500-1800 calories a day

Lost 13lbs in 3 weeks
Male, 37, 5'8", medium frame.

Started the program at the beginning of June.

I bicycle 100-150 miles per week, burning huge calories.

On active days, I eat 3,000-4,000 calories.

On sedentary days, I eat 2,000 calories.

I've lost 3 pounds, but I've gained a lot of muscle in my right leg at the same time (atrophied from surgery at the beginning of the year), and I've lost an inch and a half around my waist.

Currently tending to plateau about 15 pounds higher than my goal (e.g., gained several pounds on my last vacation, took them back off very quickly just by going back to my c-c eating habits, and am stuck again).
XY, 26 y.o., 5'4".  Initially (being quite overweight) I was able to lose weight safely on 1500 cals/day, expending around 2500-2750 cals.  I lost 32 lbs. since May.  Now that I've lost that weight and upped my workout routine, I'm gradually upping my intake to ~2500/day, expending ~3000 cals per day.  My goal is 150lbs at around 13% body fat.
Oh, how I'd like to be able to bike 100 miles a week! I used to aim for 50, and could do that only if I had a good ride on the weekend!
female, 5'4ish, eating between 1300-1800 a day, lost 17lbs since Feb, but had a 6 week dose of medicine (and weddings, graduations, travelling) that slowed me down a bit.  But I'm back with a downhill trend now!  
Average calories/day: 1700-2100 calories/day
Weight lost so far: 18 pounds-as of Aug 25th from June25th

Doing the whole lifestyle thing-so prefer a slower approach since I am now between the 20-25 BMI

Soon going to switch to more toning oriented-want to lose some more first though
Here since April..lost 16 pounds around 1300 calories up to 1600 and a few days of 2000.  Don't stress the 2,000 days and actually am able to lose a pound or two after being on 1300 for awhile.  Let;s my body feel comfortable losing that pound of fat when it has 2000 calories in itl
