As of today - my one month mark - I have lost 15lbs and have 55lbs to lose.

I noticed this morning that I didn't have to suck in the "gut" to pull up my jeans and I was so psyched that I ran to my husband and said LOOK!  while I pulled my jeans 2 inches away from my body (while wearing them).  All I can think is 5 more lbs and I'll be in a size 18!

Have a wonderful, healthy day and successfull weightloss!

Congrats cj!

I woke up this morning at 199 lbs ... it's a great feeling to see your results, isn't it?

:-)
wooHOO!!!!!!!
I'm so proud of you!
Absolutely LOVE the title! :)  Congrats!!  That's awesome, keep up the good work!
Today I weighed in at 205... which is 30 pounds less than my highest weight and 25 away from my target.   It was a good feeling.  Calorie counting is responsible for 15 of those pounds lost.   :)
Great job!! :)
calorie count is the best!! I have lost 31 pounds with 20 left to go.  I owe it all to this website and the wonderful people on here.
I love this site, too. I've lost some of the weight I gained, and now I can say I'm down 3 pounds this week! Exactly 30 to go.

I said in another thread how much easier you all make this on me-the support here is insurmountable. Thanks, everybody. This place is the best. I'm relearning how to eat, what's best to eat, how much i should eat. And I'm having fun doing it-and when I'm feeling crappy and deprived, all I have to do is read a few posts, and I'm motivated again. Thanks!
I really love this site too.  Whenever I am feeling the munchies coming on or I am not motivated to go out for a walk or run all I do is read a few posts and I am running out the door to get some excercise.  This place is great.
I weighed in at 311.5lbs yesterday thats down from 399lbs.  WOOT.
Way to Go!!! Congrats!

Yeah, it kinda sucks that I let myself go to the point where I have to count calories...and yes, I need to be strict with counting every little thing that goes in my mouth. But in the long run, it will all pay off! But never have I thought this is ruining my life, nor do I feel abnormal by counting cals. If anything this will prolong my life and teach me the right way to eat.

Keep on Keepin' On Cjeka!
Congratulations! It's all exciting, isn't it!
Congrats!  That is awesome.  Thanks for sharing your success.  It gives us all a little boost of exhiliration when we hear successed.  At least it does me.  It helps me realize that I can do this, too!
Congrats cj!

Congrats to all of us!!  I am down 23 lbs as of today and can not thank all of you enough for all the support and lessons I have learned on this site....only 113 more lbs to go  ;)
Good For YOU!!!!!   Keep up the Good work!!!  :O)
Cool, congratulations! What'd you do? Just counting calories/diet, or working out too? Care to share how you did it? I've lost a bit over that but over the course of a year -_- and so I'd definitely like to speed things up. Last week I lost 2 pounds in 5 days, but I'm still at 160.

C-C set my goal weight at 140 automatically by September 30th or something, and I'm ahead of the default rate at the moment, but my short term goal is to at least go sub-160 since I've hovered and stayed at it for a while.
