Dealing with a weight problem is difficult. Dealing with infertility is difficult. But, put the two together and the difficulty reaches a whole new level! I'm working on losing weight because it is the right thing to do for me, my husband, and our daughter. My added bonus is that hopefully by doing so, I'll be able to have another baby!

What is a healthy BMI to be at when TTC?

What Exercises do you do in the 2WW?
