so far today ive eaten less than 600 calories and the day is almost over. i have no appetite whatsoever and its been like this for the past couple of days. whatttt should i do?!

This happened to me a month ago- I wasn't hungry for four days or so and then everything else started feeling like crap. Turns out, I had viral bronchitis and my first symptom was a loss of appetite. Make sure you're eating healthy and taking your vitamins- often when your body loses it's appetite it's because it's trying to heal from something.

Exactly how long has it been? If it's a week or more, I would call a doctor. You may be anemic or, like I said, getting sick with something.

Come on. You know you're undereating, you know it's bad, you're probably actually hungry but trying to convince yourself you're not and you made this thread so that people would support you in undereating and reassure you that starving yourself won't make you gain weight in the longterm.

That is very unhealthy.  You should be eating at least 1200 calories a day.  I am not staying you need to force feed yourself but you need to eat more.  With 600 calories you are not getting all the vitamins and minerals you need.

If all you eat is 600 calories...you're going to weigh 60LB, that's wayyy to skinny and unhealthy..unless you're maybe a 2nd or 3rd grader, heh.

I'm feeling the same way; although I've been FORCING the food down my throat. I'm guessing even 1700 calories isn't enough because I've lost 5 lbs in the last month, and I've lost like up to an inch and a half off of everything. My pants need a belt! I'm not TRYING to lose; but seriously; it's just happening and I constantly feel like I'm going to throw up, and my head is hurting really bad. I went on a walk today and got some fresh air, and it helped a bit, but I'm still nauseaous; i don't know what's wrong with me...my nose has been REALLY runny lately though, so maybe I've got a cold bug? hm...whatever. but at least try forcing yourself to eat like me if u want to live...it sucks, I know, but hey, would you rather be dead? :( hopefully you feel better....

Since increasing my exercise, I have not had much of an appetite.  My target calories have been between 1250 and 1350 and now I am just under 1000.  I do remember when I increased my exercise when I was on WW, I also lost my appetite for a few days until my body got used to burning off more food.    I am one day from my weigh in day and am already down four pounds...this too happened on WW the week I increased my exercise!

Maybe I will get my appetite back soon.  I hate not feeling hungryy but funny thing is I don't feel lethargic from the lack of food!
