what was your diet?
If you're particularly overweight then you can find you lose quite a lot in the first week just by improving your diet...... 3 or 4kgs really wouldn't be unusual for someone starting over 100kgs. However, after that point you should aim to lose about 1% of your total body-weight per week.... in your case about 1 - 1.5kg. If you've lost 15kgs in 4 weeks then you are losing too fast, you're probably undereating and that can quickly lead to problems.
Using this calculator aimed at under 21s... http://www.bcm.edu/cnrc/bodycomp/bmiz2.html enter your stats and read off the number for a 'light' to 'moderate' activity level. Deduct about 700-1000 cals from this number for safe, sustainable weight-loss.
